After spending one too many lunch hours hunting for the Holy Grail—a meal that’s fresh, fast, and as good as it is good-for-you—we decided to do something. Bring lunch from home. But also put our heads together to create a fast-casual restaurant like no other. We started with salad and pizza, and then we stopped, because who doesn’t love salad and pizza?

What do you mean by “build your own”?
We mean you choose the toppings, then we prepare your salad or pizza, all for one set price.
Do you have gluten-free options?
All our pizzas are available with a gluten-free crust, and most of our salads and bowls are gluten-free, too. It’s all in how you build it.
What are Assembli’s thoughts on charities and fundraisers?
We believe in strong communities and work with a variety of organizations that support kids, as well as health-focused charities and other organizations within the communities where we operate.
What about gift cards?
Yes, because salad and pizza is the greatest gift of all time.
Do you offer catering?
Party-throwers and office managers, rejoice.
I am a vegetarian.
What are your veggie options like?
Since you can build your own salads or pizzas, you can make any veggie (or vegan) creation your little heart desires. Many of our House recipes can be made veggie-friendly too.
What’s the deal with binary-system supernovas?
It all starts with two stars who don’t like to share. One star, a carbon-oxygen white dwarf, steals matter from its buddy, until it’s so big and full of matter it explodes. Ta-da, supernova.
